This dissertation is on the research of signal condition and data acquisition in SF6 leakage detection system based on laser imaging.The SF6 leakage detection system based on laser imaging can detect SF6 leakage conveniently. Using the imaging display and processing, the system can help the operator find the leakage place quickly and accurately. So it can improve the efficiency significantly.This dissertation introduces a method of SF6 leakage detection based on laser imaging technique and its realization. The synchro control board control the laser、galvanometer etc. The infrared detector sense the signal of the laser, the signal conditioning circuit change the laser signal to electrical signal, The DSP high speed data acquisition system samples the electrical signal and transferred the sample data to host machine by the USB high speed channel. By the continuous data acquisition and image display, the leakage problem of SF6 can be distinguished easily.On the base of project’s background and object, the dissertation introduces the realization of the detector’s signal conditioning and data acquisition in SF6 leakage detection system. The principle of the detector, signal conditioning circuit, the hardware and software design of the system is discussed in detail. In the end, the paper gives the result of the experiment to show the performance of the system, and also provided a direction to improve the system.
