Design Research Of Service Robot Based On Service Design Theory

With the rapid development of Artificial Intelligence and robot technology,this paper hopes to explore the design method which is suitable for the Service Robot Design based on the research of Service Design Theory and Service Robot.With the Design Paradigm's changing and the Homogeneity of Product,Better user experience has become the key to the Product Differentiation Competition.So,the Service Design Thinking began to infiltrate into the design system;To determine the future direction of service robot product design,this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of service robot products in China based on the research of global service robot industry.Based on the studying of the Service Design,clarifying the relationship between the Service Design and other design system,users and enterprises.This paper presents the new "Experience Plus" design concept which focus on the User Experience.Combined with the "Experience Plus" design concept and the characteristics of service robot products,this paper raise a design method of service robot based on service design theory.Finally,this method is brought into the design practice,so that we can make the design focus on the user experience and improve user experience of the service robot products.Although,the service design is not fully popularized,but the user experience thinking is gradually mature.In the future,Design will get rid of shackles and no longer become a commercial appendage eventually.
