Traditional supermarkets are one of the places where people have to go shopping in their daily lives.However,the traditional supermarket shopping experience has gradually failed to keep up with the needs of consumers in the shopping process and the cashier.With the continuous development of the nationwide consumption upgrade,New Retails relying on the power of Internet technology and artificial intelligence are rapidly emerging,so how to enhance the shopping experience of the New Retail industry is an emerging and must be studied area.This paper takes the service robot as the entry point and provides the theoretical basis for the design of new retail service research and service robot based on the basic principles and methods of service design theory.It explores the shopping needs of consumers through field research,questionnaire survey and user interviews.And expecting the shopping experience,sorting out the service flow and all the contacts of the new retail service robot,planning and summarizing the service strategy and service design principles of the new retail service robot,laying the foundation for the design practice of the follow-up service robot.In the last article,taking Yonghui Life Store as an example,the design theory and service blueprint proposed above were applied in practice.The hardware model and software interface prototype of the service robot were made in detail,and the feasibility of the final scheme was verified.The purpose of this paper is to explore the service applications of service robots in the new retail industry,so as to make a useful exploration for improving the service experience of the new retail industry.
