With the rise of e-commerce and the increase of needs of logistics, customers' demand on the level of logistics service is also increasing. Logistics website is a complex service including online service and offline service, which needs systematic design thought. While current logistics websites pay more attentions on interactive design or user experience design. So, they are facing some problems, such as service disconnection and low efficiency, and function lack, which results lack of good experience from the incomplete service process. To this end, in the face of more emphasis on user experience by Internet companies, logistics websites should urgently adjust their own service design idea, and improve service lifecycle. Besides, they should make users get good experience from need generated to need met, from online operating to offline using. In order to better achieve logistics website service effectively, this paper explains it in four aspects.First, we mainly summarize theoretical knowledge related service design, including basic theory, design features, design elements, design methods and relationship with other subjects. Besides, we also summarize basic principles and common solutions. At last, we the purpose and advantages of logistics website design that using service design.Second, we analyze touch points in the logistics websites, and find out the fractured component between online service and offline service. Besides, we analyze some key elements in logistics websites and their service flow, and try to change “products in the first, service at the end” design idea. Besides, we use a global perspective to design integration, present service design based logistics website design model, and summarizes design method and process.Third, we focus on design practice by analyzing user experience map to understand users' needs and explore touch points. Besides, we use service blueprint to analyze users' feelings and touch points in the process of user behavior, and explore the missed components in logistics service, which is used to determine service orientation by analyzing lack of service process.To the end, we evaluate the integrity of logistics website. And we use service design to further modify the service process of logistics websites, which mainly is used to meet users' needs.This paper can provide a method and idea for interactive design, user experience, and the specification of service process in Internet products.
