Twenty-first Century is a public concern over climate issues,climate change has evolved from a simple scientific issues into a global topic with politics,economy and ecology and international relations as a whole,the spread of climate issues has become the focus of attention.With the 2016 Chongqing FTA won the State Council approval,Chongqing has become following Beijing,Shanghai,one of the three National Center City as determined by the State Council,has extremely important strategic position and development advantages,its economic status and image of the city has become the focus of the whole country and even international focus.But the extreme weather,drought and flood and other natural disasters,"heat island effect" and other problems caused by climate change have brought huge losses to them,and are concerned by the major media,which is not conducive to the construction of a good image of the urban environment.This study selected the Chongqing climate change report as a starting point to build the image of the city media environment,tries to analyze the content of text and symbols and analysis of climate change in Chongqing reported in 2008 to 2017 years of weather reports,reports on the subject analysis of different environmental image differentiation from the perspective of the construction of Chongqing,the media strategy and the factors used in the media in the analysis of climate communication.The first chapter mainly discusses the background and status of global climate change,and analyzes Chongqing's environmental image under climate change and climate change.On this basis,we summarize the research on climate communication at home and abroad,and draw out the research contents and research framework of this paper,as well as the two core theories of this paper:the theory of climate communication and the theory of urban environmental image.The second chapter mainly analyzes the relationship between climate communication and urban environmental image,analyzes the construction and disturbance of climate communication on urban environmentalimage,and points out the important role of news media in climate communication.The third chapter and the fourth chapter are the core chapters of the thesis.This paper analyzes the content,theme,source,subject,topic,framework and tendency of media coverage of Chongqing's climate change reports over the past 10 years,and applies text and symbol analysis to samples.In the fifth chapter,based on the data analyzed before,we analyze the image of Chongqing built by different subjects,trying to outline the general picture and image of Chongqing climate change report in 10 years.The factors in the last chapter,further analysis of different strategies on the subject of media reports of climate spread and influence,to enrich the connotation of city image construction and communication climate environment,looking forward to the new era of media to provide some useful inspiration in climate communication,finally to the good city image construction environment play a role.
