In global climate change big background, the paper focuses on countries inclimate in the communication of the use of media strategy. This article by “thePeople’s Daily” climate report for this topic of the special case study, combined withthe content of the climate propagation characteristics, the content of the climatecommunication a multi-angle and box problem analysis.This paper first chapter mainly discusses the background of climate change andcurrent situation. From the global climate change and China’s climate change issuestwo aspects to carry on the analysis. This chapter mainly according to the IPCCfigures to illustrate climate change the status quo of the problem, and systematicallyintroduces the level of our government to respond to climate change and promulgatedby the policies and measures in the international arena in the face of climate talks heldposition.In the second chapter basically climate communication the concept and attribute.First of all, the theory for key concept analysis. Secondly, analysis the characteristicsof climate communication, that is, global issues, complexity and the discipline. Finally,the article analyzes the communication climate covered agenda content: twocategories, three frame topic and the nine issues. Two kinds big, namely environmentand people’s two kinds, Three box problem, namely environmental frame topic, thepolitical frame topic and the action frame topic; Nine issues, including the greenhouseeffect, polar melting glaciers, ozone reduce, air pollution, ocean current changes,global fisheries crisis, climate change lead to increasing number of hurricanes, thetsunami disaster, such as climate conference, the country has issued documents,leaders climate activities, acting on behalf of an interest group’s voice, climate science research, climate knowledge popularization, reduce exhaust emissions, energy saving,etc.The third chapter in this paper and the fourth chapter is the core of the thesischapters. The fourth chapter to the People’s Daily for special case for10years ofclimate research reports. From the People’s Daily reported on theclimate of the quantity increase the data we can see that the Chinese government paymore attention to climate communication field, and constantly to international told theefforts made by China, and to intensify popularization to people to improve climateproblems in the method. The People’s Daily reported climate trends and trend, it is theresponse of China’s government when climate communication by media strategyreflect.In this paper the final chapter is not climate media strategy conclusion, thepurpose of this paper is to hope for rich connotation of climate communication, so todiscuss ways to expand rich climate communication of ideas, looking forward to somescholars for climate propagation and national media strategy research building.
