Nowadays,how to improve the current situation of network ethics and build a healthy and harmonious network environment is a top priority.Network has become a modern life indispensable important component,and a healthy?harmonious and orderly network environment is the important guarantee of interpersonal communication and social development.But with the rapid development of computer technology?network technology and mobile communication technology,the proportion of Internet users in China rapidly rising,the relation between public life and the Internet has also increasingly close,the webcast emerging since the media entertainment into public view,gradually becomes the mainstream of entertainment of the present Internet users.But the rapid development of the live webcast with a lot of ethical issues,pornography,superstition,with the language violence,propaganda,taken out of context,and network media propaganda way,caused the webcast extremely negative impression,make the public network fall more than praise.Not exist or not obvious in the traditional society,the ethical issues of platform are broadcast through the network,especially in the telecom fraud,no respect for intellectual property rights,live online content exist illusoriness vulgar and interpersonal communication.Therefore,we need combine the understanding of domestic and foreign scholars on the traditional ethics moral values in the network and computer technology to analyze the present problems existing in the live webcast.To construct the network ethics,to be on the status quo of network ethics and to make a reasonable explanation,at the same time provide a solution to these questions.This thesis takes live webcast as the starting point,elaborating the webcast development present situation,characteristics,reason of the rise,and gradually transition to the live webcast ethical issues in depth analysis.By analyzing the existing ethical issues in the live webcast,from the network society to network platform network anchor,situated in,analyzes the extant ethical issues in the live webcast,finally from four aspects,the technical,legal,ethical education and application of network platform,to explore the solution of the problem of ethics.To sum up,the ethical issues in live webcast are the epitome of the whole network social ethics problem.Due to the increasingly blurred boundaries between the broadcast and the entertainment industry,network anchors will also perform with the stars,greatly increasing the popularity of webcast.However,what followed was the impact on social values: sitting in front of a computer,live six hours a day can easily finish the work,earn high salary,it could prompt speculators influx,and it is a test for the basic values of the society.To the country,the school and the family involved,need to deal with this problem together.To keep in mind that the network world also need "ethics”,it can't break away from the ethics to pure network technology,combined with the distinctive technical characteristics of the network and traditional ethics.The organic unity of the two can not only carry forward the excellent traditional ethical value,but also provide a space for the development of network technology.This paper discusses the current network situation,analyzing the application of ethics in network technology and exploring the value of traditional ethics in contemporary society.It also avoids the disadvantages of traditional ethics,providing content and method for the construction of network ethics.Finally realizing the harmonious,healthy and orderly development of network society to human society.
