Study On The Anomies And Countermeasures Of Webcast From The Perspective Of Confucian Ethics

With the continuous improvement of network technology,the development of Internet and mobile Internet in China has gradually matured,and the advancement of network technology has provided the technical support for the application of webcast.As a new form of communication,webcast has the characteristics of low threshold,strong interaction and rapid dissemination,etc.Nowadays,it is an era of self-media that everyone can be an anchor.The content of the webcast is becoming more and more fragmented,entertaining and living.The webcast platform is becoming more and more abundant.The webcast is also ushering in a new spring driven by the power of capital.However,the prosperity of the webcast market cannot cover the ethical anomie problems such as live sex,privacy infringement,vulgar barrage,and data falsification.As a result,people's values and moral values are greatly impacted,and then will endanger the social atmosphere,undermine social morality,and have a negative impact on society.This thesis focuses on the ethical anomie that occurs in the webcast and studies the ethical irregularities in webcast by case analysis method,observation method and interview method.This thesis first combs the development of webcast.After understanding the development status of webcast,the author studies it from the perspective of Chinese Confucian ethics,which is the ethical thought of Chinese mainland.After thousands of years' history,this theory is more in line with the reality of Chinese society.The author summarizes and analyzes the phenomenon and harm of ethical anomie that occurs in the webcast mainly in the following five aspects: the abandonment of "benevolence",the violation of "righteousness",the lag of "courtesy",the unevenness of "wisdom" and the absence of "faith".Based on the above study,the author uses Lawrence Lessig's theory of "the regulation of cyberspace behavior" to analyze the causes of ethical anomie that occurs in the webcast from four aspects: morality,law,market and technology.In view of the ethical anomie phenomenon that occurs in the webcast and its causes,after combing out the industry self-discipline and multi-sector supervision measures,the author combines the spiritual connotation of Chinese Confucian ethics and then puts forward some suggestions to promote the healthy development of webcast based on four aspects: code of ethics,law,market and technology.Constructing the positive and healthy webcast order needs the joint efforts of all parties.This thesis aims to promote the green development of network society through the study on the ethical anomie phenomenon that occurs in the webcast,and to create a clear network space for young people.It is also can play a role in building a harmonious society.
