| Now, the political, economy, culture and society of our own is influenced and changed profoundly by internet which has been call " information technological revolution". Meanwhile, the social relation, life style, political, economy, and culture as well, has been further changed by Web2.0. The socialized media issues its power such as information making, issuing, and transporting to every aspect of life. Now everyone owns his personal media platform, so the internet is both a transmissioner and a receiver. The net citizens subversioned the power and traditional public relations via taking advantage of Weibo and Tieba those sort of socialized media. However, the internet is characterized by virtual and anonymous, so each individual could say something on it no matter how bad or good it is. In China, internet rumor has already become a dominant problem, especially since Weibo springing, which provides the rumor a new platform for its fast and extension spreading.it has caused a significant harm to society.The root for internet rumor springs is the features of internet its own and interior reason for lacking ethics of net citizens; and multi-master management system and external reason for unsufficient improvement of.social management system. The features of internet concluded as follows:anonymous, virtual, wide range, and less ethics of net citizens. Sure, the freedom of internet communication has added another difficulty on rumor controlling. The net citizen lacks ethics featuring by bias of freedom, unfair, fade awareness of honest, escape from responsibility and poor disciplines. From this standing, we could tackle this with two aspects:improve technology management with real name system; rebuild ethics of net citizen with freedom, honest, fair, discipline; construct high efficient internet management system with transparent responsibility and subject. In summary, only through grabbing interior improvement and external management, can we control the root and development of rumor. |
