Research And Development Of Supervision Information System For Land Renovation Project

Land renovation is an important strategic measure to ensure food security for a long time to come.However,the land renovation project has the characteristics of many types of operation,wide scope of implementation and open-air operation,so under the traditional supervision mode,the supervisors are often tired to deal with their works,the quality of supervision is difficult to guarantee,and it is imperative to realize the informatization of the supervision work.I first study the characteristics of the construction of the land renovation project and the working process of the construction supervision,then I develop a land renovation project construction supervision information system which based on the B/S framework.It has realized the cross-platform operation of construction supervision management of land renovation project.The system has four major modules:basic engineering information,engineering business management,engineering record and inquiry,and personal information management.Among them,The engineering business management module includes three sub modules: work approval,risk assessment and data statistics,so as to meet the needs of quality,progress,investment and safety management in the construction process of land renovation project.In the aspect of supervision safety hidden danger management,we use 4M to improve the traditional LEC method,and introduce human,machine,environment and management factors into the risk assessment process of construction safety risk.To some extent,it solves the problem that the L value in traditional LEC method is too subjective.The improved LEC method can not only make the initial safety risk assessment for each construction work of each individual project to clarify the construction activity activities with greater security risks,but also be used in the daily inspection of supervisors during the construction process,so as to dynamically grasp the security risk situation of every single project construction operation.The research result of this paper is a beneficial attempt of information technology in the construction supervision industry.It provides an operable way for the construction supervision informationization construction of land renovation project.What's more,it is also has guiding significance for the development of other construction project supervision information system.
