| To ensure sustainable utilization of cultivated land and mineral resources, we must standardize land market order and effectively curb illegal land trade and resource trade. The Bureau of land and Resources Department of supervision through on-the-spot inspections, the satellite image interpretation method combined with GIS and a new generation of management system has formed a set perfect management of land violations, illegal surveillance, and treatment process and carry out a very fruitful work. But as one of the important data collection and verification of land supervision system tools, Zunyi city land monitoring unit out of office management inspection work has not been included in the effective management. This paper takes the Zunyi City Land Resources Bureau as the research background, on the land law enforcement system analysis and design.This paper first describes the research status and the main content of the project research background and domestic and abroad research condition. Then analysis on the original business process management of complaint management, file management, Patrol management, data analysis and system management and optimize working process of original business according to shortcomings existing in the business process through object oriented requirement analysis. Then analysis the original business process of complaint management, file management, Patrol management, data analysis and system management, reengineering business process according to original business process deficiencies. Then give role design according to process requirement and use case describe to make function analysis according to reengineering business process and give packet diagram and sub function packet diagram. At last make a analysis to function data according to above analysis, include giving the entity relationship diagram and designing database table structure. The paper finally carries on the summary to the research and analysis of the work, and prospects the further work. |
