Based On Gis Land Law Enforcement Supervisory Information System Design And Implementation

Land law enforcement and supervision is an important part of the land and resourcemanagement, charged with the important mission of protecting cultivated land.Land lawenforcement and supervision is still the main stay in the traditional manual mode ofoperation in some areas only means of information to complete the filing and reportingof cases of illegal land use, land law enforcement monitoring has not yet been based oninformation technology, and the prevention of illegal use of land found,qualitativeissues, and supervision of construction land grant is still the difficulty of landsupervision.In this thesis, the design of software engineering, systems engineering, geographicinformation systems GIS-based land law enforcement and supervision informationsystem. The aim is to use of the existing basic geographic data, the status quo number ofdata, land use, land use overall planning data and other information resources, andnorms on illegal land use investigation and full supervision.System on the one hand to change the traditional land law enforcement anddynamic inspections mode, the use of space sensor technology and grass-roots reportingcases of illegal combination of discovery mechanisms, to achieve timely detection ofviolations, timely positioning and timely reporting functions; based the investigation ofthe cases of e-government platform subsystem and illegal land use cases dealt with"on-line case handling, not only regulated the flow of illegal land use cases toinvestigate and deal with, to achieve open and transparent running of the administrativepower, to reduce the cases handled human disturbance.
