Development And Application Of The Management System On The Red Jujube Germplasm Resources Of Southern Xinjiang

The planting area of red jujube in Xinjiang accounts for about 1/3 of the total area of China.The south of Xinjiang has become the main and optimal producing area of Chinese red jujube owe to the advantages of its long illumination time and great temperature difference between morning and night.The quality of germplasm resources determines the yield and fruit grade of the red jujube.The breeding of excellent germplasm resources can promote the rapid development of the red jujube industry.The thesis investigated the management requirements of red jujube germplasm resources in the south of Xinjiang area,scientific research workers have collected and saved a lot of data about reginal red jujube germplasm resources in Xinjiang for years.However,the result shows that the management of the resource data is still in a relatively fragmentary stage,which is unfavourable for profound research in the related fields.Based on the research of the above red jujube germplasm resources data,the thesis gains the design of the management system for the red jujube germplasm resources in Xinjiang,which achieves information,normalization,and standardization management and data sharing of the red jujube germplasm resources in south of Xinjiang.The WAMP(Windows+ Apache+ MySQL+ PHP)software suite,which is effectively used to develop the red jujube germplasm resources management(JGRMIS).The system on the JGRMIS,such as browsing,screening and visual analyzing data on line,is made the management multi-functions come true.By applying the system to the management of the germplasm resource data about the red jujube in the south of Xinjiang,more efficient and rapid development can be conducted to the red jujube industry in the south of Xinjiang.
