Design And Implementation Of Information Sharing System For The Main Grain Crops Germplasm Resources In Henan Province

With the development of information technology,informatizationhas become the main trend in the development of all society fields.And as the main component,information resource sharing plays an important role in the process of information technology.Crop germplasm resources data information is an important foundation in agricultural production and science,and has become an important strategic resource in the development of productivity.Based on the actual demands of information sharing service of main grain crops germplasm resources in Henan Province,this paper analyzes the functional and non-functional requirements of the sharing system combined with the present situation of information system and database construction at home and abroad.The development goal and technical route are determined,the system function,database,system architecture are designed.With the.NET technology and the MVC layered development mode,the information sharing system is realized based on the object-oriented development language C#.In the process of design and implementation,the methods of metadata management,data hierarchical authority management,memory database technology application and so on are used to solve the problems of the data complexity,the unfixed data structure and the number of visits in the information sharing of germplasm resources,big data concurrency trend.Based on.Net framework and combining with entity framework,database technology,Web front-end development technology and memory database management technology,the idea of constructing data management system with uncertain data structure can meet the needs of this system.Through the testing,the digital information resources of wheat,maize and other main grain crops in Henanprovince are collected,sorted,stored and shared by the system including 1336 information of wheat germplasm resources and 346 information of maize germplasm resources.The total amount of data is 103 MB,and a preliminary statistical analysis is carried out.The realization of the system has certain reference significance to reduce the cost of agricultural information sharing and improve the ability of information management of germplasm resources.
