| In view of the original power converting device and low measurement precision of test equipment,test time is long,low can expand sex problem,put forward based on LabWindows/CVI software development platform,design a set of testing with high accuracy,high integration,high efficiency of automatic measurement and control system.This design adopts the industrial computer PC104 bus construction of measurement and control system,realizes the multi-channel switch input/output,waveform signal collection,digital quantity control and guide TongXin line detection and RS232 communication test etc.,with real-time signal acquisition and data display,automatic data storage,report generation and other functions,good man-machine interaction,easy to operate.Firstly,the paper introduces the background of the test system of power transformation device,and analyzes the development of Virtual Instruments(VI)technology.Combining power transformation equipment technical requirements of automatic test system,puts forward the overall design scheme of measurement and control system,measurement and control system and analyzes the module design of hardware circuit,and illustrates the specific design of modular test circuit in detail.Then,based on the LabWindows/CVI development platform,the software design of the system was carried out,and the calculation method of ac signal frequency and phase difference in the analog quantity acquisition module was emphasized.Papers on the correlation analysis,a zero method,Fourier transform method,three parameters method,the digital phase lock amplifying method and least square method based on cross-correlation 6 different phase difference measurement method has carried on the theoretical analysis and experimental simulation,analyzed the performance of the algorithm.Finally,the automatic test system of powerconverter is used to collect data and analyze the data in real time,which verifies the high accuracy and stability of the system. |
