With the constant progress of modernized science and technology,the research and application of non-contact distance measuring sensor are getting more and more.As a kind of precision measurement technology gradually developed with the generation of laser ranging technology,infrared distance measuring technology mainly focuses on researching the enhancement of ranging and precision,which are mostly applied to military and engineering fields.In recent years,the application of infrared distance measuring sensor is more extensive as short-distance infrared distance measurement gradually enters into the field of mass consumption.At present,the infrared distance measuring sensor mainly is in point-to-point ranging method,which means that,it is necessary to measure the distance from launching point to a small scope or surface during actual measurement,such as cell phone nearby detection,bathroom nearby sensing and vehicle collision avoidance etc.Aimed at the development direction of current short-distance infrared distance measuring sensor,this paper proposed a measurement method based on the design of traditional infrared distance measuring sensor,namely the design of infrared distance measuring sensor measuring the distance from launching point to certain small scope of area.Firstly,this paper introduced several common distance measurement modes in infrared distance measurement,and then analyzed as well ascompared these distance measurement methods.Later,it emphatically described the principle as well as technology of phase difference infrared distance measurement,and proposed the overall design solution of phase difference infrared distance measuring sensor on that basis,which mainly included hardware circuit design and software design.The design of hardware circuit mainly contains infrared radiating portion,infrared receiving part and single-chip phase measuring part.The design of sub-modular circuits in each part include the design of clock signal generation circuit,modulation launching circuit,transmitted power adjustment circuit,APD high pressure biasing circuit and mixing filter circuit.The design of software design covers configuration of phase-locked loop frequency synthesis chip,function judgment,APD biasing pressure adjusting part,distance calculation and sensor communication part.At last,the system hardware circuit experiment and function test are carried out to specifically analyze experimental result and test data.
