In this paper,the three-dimensional facial morphology is measured by the phase-shifting technique of the fractional frequency multifold projection grating with sinusoidal distribution,and the corresponding calibration relation of the phase-height transformation is established for this measurement system,and the complete three-dimensional information of human face is obtained.3-d topography measurement technology for fringe projection fringe projection and image acquisition process of the phase information of nonlinear distortion,we put forward by the longitudinal mobile standard tablet,tablet on different parts of the phase distribution of information,the corresponding relationship between flat mobile distance is the measurement system of phase-height transformation relations,completed the human face three-dimensional phase distribution to the height distribution of transformation,the calibration technique can in the face of the different position of different phase calibration coefficient-height,avoid the traditional calibration methods used in single phase-highly transform coefficient is introduced into system error.Has built in phase measurement system of the relationship-height transformation,using the four-step phase-shifting sinusoidal grating projection technology,are related to facial surface morphology of wrapped phase,parcel by fractional frequency doubling solution algorithm for face the phase distribution of 3 d surface shape,recycle system of phase-height transformation relations for human face three-dimensional height measurement.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The programming program of the fractional frequency multiplier grating with sinusoidal distribution for projection is written.By using digital image technology to produce sinusoidal grating images with different spatial frequencies,the program can adjust the brightness and contrast of the grating to make the final collected fringe images meet the experimental requirements.(2)The phase-height transformation relation of the measuring system is established.The phase distribution information of different parts of the plate is obtained by projecting the frequency doubling grating onto the standard plate with the longitudinal moving phase and the same length,and the corresponding relation between the phase of different parts of the plate and the position of the plate is established,thus realizing the phase-height conversion of the measuring system.(3)The three-dimensional height measurement of human face is realized by using the calibration system.A series of fractional frequency doubling sinusoidal grating fringe projection in order to face,the body through a four-step phase-shifting projection technology,obtain the face wrapped phase information,using the fractional frequency multiplication algorithm solution package will be wrapped phase,gain face phase distribution of the threedimensional topography,by using the phase-height has been established,to calculate the 3D facial height distribution.
