Vibration is one of the most important problems of mechanical equipments. With thedevelopment of industry technology, the machines should have the advantages of littlevibration and low noise, and their structures would also endure more vibration, so it’snecessary to analyze the vibration parameters of the mechanical structures to improve theability to endure vibration. It needs to measure the intensity, spectrum and the dynamicresponse of the vibration so as to know about the vibration status, and then the reasonablemethod to decrease the vibration can be adopted. A vibration testing system based onLabVIEW was developed in this thesis. The hypogyny computer adopted C8051F060produced by Cygnal Corporation to do the work of data acquisition transmitting the data withthe epigyny computer with RS-232interface. The epigyny computer was used to analyze anddisplay the signal data and its software was based on the platform of LabVIEW to display thetesting signal and analyze its frequency spectrum. The thesis consists up:1.State the general situation and development trend of vibrationtesting and discuss the meaning of researching the vibration testing, including the vibrationtheory and signal processing methods.2. Design and make the signal acquisition circuit toacquire the vibration signal and deal it with ADC.3. Transmit the disposed data to PC withRS-232serial port.4. Program LabVIEW to receive and save the data to analyze and displayit. The testing system has advantages of visual interface, easy operation virtualinstruments interface. Been verified by the simple beam in the laboratory, the testing systemcan display the vibration signal real-time and analyze the spectrum and it can be seen that theprecision of the system satisfies the testing demand.
