In general,traffic surveillance video systems usually store traffic monitoring video and image data,which is collected and used for retrival and analysis in a surveillance image retrieval system developed in industry,which can search intelligently for more clues.So the police do not need to rely on manual surveillance video one by one.Instead,the police and other related developments enter the license plate number,vehicle color,vehicle type and other conditions in the retrival system to search for the corresponding suspect vehicles,which improves the efficiency.However,these retrieval systems are relatively closed.The function is single and the scalability is not strong enough.If a third party needs to develop a new system based on the needs of different users.In addition to having basic vehicle pedestrian search capabilities,additional functionality may be added to the system:searching for a specific vehicle based on the feature map,searching for frequent and so on.In this aspect,as the scalability of the existing system is not strong,re-implementation of the basic functions of an image retrieval system interface is usually needed,rather than basing on the existing system for secondary development,so this development model is not ideal enough for internet developers.In order to solve the problem of open interface that obstructs the development of traffic monitoring image retrieval system at the technical level,the popular open platform technology is introduced in this thesis to combine the traffic monitoring image retrieval system with the open platform,which implements an open platform of traffic monitoring image retrieval system.The open platform designed and implemented in this thesis makes the basic functional interface of traffic image retrieval open to others and provides the third-party developers with the application interface of traffic image retrieval system so that the external program is able to share the image storage,search calculation and other resources with the traffic monitoring image resource providers for secondary development.Firstly the current research background of open platform is studied and the related server technologies of resource interface development are analyzed.Then the requirements of open platform for traffic monitoring image retrieval system to be implemented in this thesis are explained,and the specific design ideas and platform architecture are given.After that,the open resource interface modules such as traffic target recognition interface,traffic image intelligent judgment interface,surveillance and alarm interface,management interface and the third-party application authorization module of the open platform are implemented,and the implementation logic of the core interface and the performance optimization of the open resource interface retrieval are illustrated in detail.Next,after the functional testing and performance testing of the open platform resource interface and authorization service which validates the availability of the open platform,a complete front-end demonstration is given which is optimized for the open interfaces.Finally,the work of the full text is summarized and the development prospects and future work of the open platform of traffic monitoring image retrieval system is illustrated.
