Internet of Things(IoT)technology means that information and sensing devices are used to connect objects to objects through the network with a certain transmission protocol,so that information can be transmitted and communicated with each other.The IoT is an extension and expansion of the Internet.The emergence of IoT narrows the distance not only between people and things but also things and things,and it has achieved intelligent monitoring and management in many areas such as transportation,communications,manufacturing,and commerce.With the development of IoT technology and the proposition of"Industry 4.0" and "Made in China 2025",the intelligent factory with the intelligent manufacturing system has already boarded the stage of history and led the new round of manufacturing development trend.Modern processing enterprises need to build not only the "digital factory",but also the "intelligent factory" that represents the trend of future development.While processing technology is improved,production management is more integrated.The establishment of information-oriented platform for the process of processing,can make the production of parts and other products to achieve the rational allocation of resources,real-time scheduling,real-time tracking,and visual management.The ultimate goal is to establish an intelligent IoT system that allows devices to be connected to each other and devices to be connected to products.Through the analysis of the development trend of intelligent factories and the research of intelligent monitoring system based on IoT at home and abroad,this paper designs a part processing information monitoring system based on embedded IoT platform.The system is closely related to technologies such as IoT technology,automation monitoring technology and cloud platform application,and the embedded system Raspberry Pi is the core component of the IoT system.First of all,the system uses moving target tracking technology,two-dimension code correction and recognition technology for processing part information collected through the camera device.Then,a cloud application was also set up to upload the part information to the cloud through the network for information storage and analysis.Finally,in order for the part information to be readily accessible,the popular software WeChat is used as the client.This system enables the manufacturing process of enterprise equipment and products to be interrelated,realizes the real-time synchronization of processing data and the efficiency and integration of information management.At the same time,this system is convenient for customers to query the progress of parts processing,status and other information.
