With the rapid development of mobile Internet,smart terminals have evolved from a single communication tool to an important carrier of mass applications and services.However,homogeneity of smart terminals is becoming more and more serious.Users' demands are no longer restricted to functional satisfaction.They pay more attention to the experience and feelings during using terminals.User experience has become the key to determine the success or failure of smart terminals.Among the many factors that affect the experience of smart terminals,fluency has a high degree of user attention,which is also the most important factor when users purchase a terminal.Therefore,it is particularly important to research the fluency of the smart terminal.At present,the evaluation of the smart terminal fluency is still in its infancy,there is no complete evaluation system,and the related evaluation of the work is limited to the traditional engineering tests,the results can not reflect the user's real feelings.In order to make the evaluation results more suitable for user's needs,the evaluation of smart terminal fluency,the development of smart terminal fluency evaluation system,and the design of evaluation system and evaluation program should be made from the perspective of user experience.The main research work of this thesis is as follows:1)Study the current status of smart terminal testing,smart terminal fluency testing,and user experience-based smart terminal fluency evaluation.2)put forward the smart terminal fluency evaluation system.According to the user research on the fluency of the smart terminal,the influencing factors of the fluency of the user are analyzed,and a flu-oriented evaluation system based on the response performance,display performance,stability and usability evaluation index is proposed.3)Design and implement an objective evaluation system for response performance.According to the response performance index of the evaluation system,the requirements analysis and overall hardware and software design are completed,and the detailed design and implementation of each function module are completed.It contains the main interface module,coordinate conversion module,remote control module,script creation module,intelligent positioning module and image processing module.Finally,the evaluation system has been tested and verified.4)The subjective evaluation scheme of design response performance is given,and the relationship between the objective response delay of the terminal and the user's subjective feelings of delay,satisfaction and time difference threshold is given.Developed and implemented a set of high-fidelity software that simulates the real-life scenario of the smart terminal,making subjective evaluation by providing a configurable operating environment that responds to delays and animations.Finally,through the test of the user and the data analysis,the subjective and objective data association of the response performance is obtained.The high-fidelity evaluation software designed in this thesis has applied for software copyright,and the subjective and objective evaluation results have been successfully applied to important clients such as Samsung and OPPO to provide guidance for terminal manufacturers to optimize the fluency.
