Study On The Elevator Electromagnetic Compatibility Problems And Test Method

Since the reform and opening,the need of elevators is being more and more enormous with the unceasing development of Chinese economics.As a kind of electromechanical equipment,it can produce larger electromagnetic interference to the circumjacent electrical products through the conduction emission ?electro-magnetic emission and harmonic emission and other ways by its electric control system and drive system.At the same time,the control system of elevators can also be affected by external electromagnetic interference which causes the elevator control disorder and affects the normal work of the elevator.Therefore,it is necessary to do electromagnetic compatibility(EMC)test for the elevator,control the elevator interference ability and improve the anti-interference ability of the elevator through the test and improve the product.The EMC tests in domestic type testing institutions are still at an initial stage.Although they keep absorbing the experience from EMC test institutions outside,the designing?processing?method?judgement of conclusion and so on are still not standard,which need many places to study.So it is one of the focus in the study of this article to do further in-depth studies of the EMC problem of elevator and also do further in-depth studies about the reasonable and efficient detection method.Elevator manufacturers will cost more human ? time and costs during the commissioned EMC test.In order to improve the detection rate,reduce the cost of elevator manufacturers,it is necessary to integrate the EMC test problems to do in-depth study and give suggestions about the elevator product before test and corrective actions after test problems found.This is also another key problem of this study in the paper.This research is supported by the AQSIQ science and technology planning project--research on the EMC test of elevators.In this paper,the main research work is as follows :1.This paper introduces the related standard of EMC test,and analyzes related EMC problems about elevators,escalators and moving sidewalks according to the related standard of EMC and the characteristics of elevators,escalators and moving sidewalks.2.Measures on Solutions and improvement suggestions are put forward according to the EMC of elevators,escalators and moving sidewalks,as well as the specific problems in the EMC test.3.To make sure the method and test sequence of the elevator EMC test,and to verify the test scheme is reasonable through analysis of the theory and contrast of test results.To provide technical support for designing of EMC prediction and detection,as well as for promoting China's elevator EMC test.4.To analysis how to do well in related preparations for EMC test of elevators,escalators and moving sidewalks,and give strong suggestions to producers of elevator who will start commissioned EMC test according to the requirements of the related EMC test and the characteristics of elevators,escalators and moving sidewalks.
