Weapons and equipment are of great significance for resisting foreign enemies and maintaining social security,but the events caused by the failure of weapons and equipment are also common at home and abroad,a large part of which is due to the fact that weapons are made in the manufacturing plant to complete storage or in the process of transporting to troops and battlefields.The external environment is not found and processed in time when it is beyond the scope of weaponry adaptation,resulting in damage.In particular,modern intelligent weapons and equipment are manipulated by programs,and the requirements for the environment are higher.Once the environment exceeds the range of adaptation,it may cause the failure of the machine parts and even completely lose the operational capability.Therefore,it is of practical significance to study the storage and transportation of weapons and equipment,which can reduce the failure of weapons and equipment,and increase its reliability,stability and security.It has a very important strategic significance for the army operations.Based on the above problems,this paper designs a monitoring system for the storage and transportation environment of weaponry and equipment.The monitoring system uses FPGA chip as the main control chip,and controls multiple I2 C interface digital sensors to collect the environmental information in the process of storage and transportation,and uses flash flash memory to store the collected data,and the monitoring system is set up.There is an automatic alarm module.When the collected environmental data is beyond the set safety value,the monitoring system will send an alarm signal to the external receiver and send an alarm by the wireless communication module.The monitoring system will remind the managers to check and deal with them in time.In addition,the monitoring system can be divided into fixed time monitoring and real-time monitoring.When the weapon is in the storage state,the monitoringsystem collects the environmental data regularly.When the weapon is in the state of transportation,the monitoring system collects the environmental data in real time,which can effectively reduce the power consumption of the system and prolong the working time of the system.On the basis of understanding the research status and development trend of storage and transportation monitoring system both at home and abroad,this paper first designs the system framework of monitoring system.Secondly,the main components,such as FPGA chip and sensor chip,are selected for the monitoring system.Then,the hardware and software design of the monitoring system is carried out,and the detailed introduction is made.The circuit design of the hardware modules and the implementation of the software program are introduced.Finally,the PCB design of the monitoring system and the system construction and debugging are carried out,and the overall analysis and summary of the system are also carried out.
