Research On APP Design Based On The Problem Of Solving The Obstacles In The Use Of Smart Phone Software For The Elderly

Recent software products,helping elders learnt how to use smart phones,are mostly based on remote assistant function.Helpers are people already known as contacts by elders,especially descendants of them.As it is in this process that both sides known each other as credible,elders wouldn't worry about the safety of private information.The disadvantage,however,is obvious.Firstly,for the quantity of close contacts remain limited,the possibility of solving problems in time stays low.Secondly,the close relationship lower the patience in communication which impede the enthusiasm on learning of the elders.Considering these,this paper proposed the concept of "shared descendants" based on the blockchain technology to form a trustable relationship between strangers,which solved the timeliness and patience problem.Further in this paper,an app helping elders use smart phones better,which fulfilled the needs of elders,is designed after gathering and analyzing the influence of aging on the physiology and cognition.
