Because of the development of the information and intelligence of the factory,the number and frequency of communication in the production field are increasing rapidly.The load of the traditional system is too heavy,and it is unable to meet the requirements of the user's real time.This article is aimed at the above problems,researched and designed and develop an embedded communication gateway server.The most widely used OPC specification is used as a communication protocol.The data caching function is added to the communication gateway server,which can greatly reduce the access frequency of the upper system to the underlying equipment,and improve the communication efficiency and the stability of the whole system.The embedded communication gateway server designed and developed in this paper will be divided into three parts.The data acquisition module is based on OPCClient,and obtains real-time production data from the bottom production equipment.The data service module is based on OPCServer,providing real-time data and historical data services.The age of the Internet of things is coming,.In the future,all the areas where the control field can be involved,the communication gateway server will have its use.
