With the development of modernization and informationization,in order to respond positively to the basic requirements of the government for the clean and efficient government agencies and to consider the cost of environmental resources,paperless office can be rapidly promoted and populated among enterprises,institutions,and government agencies,so that people can gradually feel the efficiency and convenience in the traditional office process,the efficiency and convenience.Paperless office vertically covers all levels of leadership and staff electronic.document management system has obvious advantages across time and place,but there are many challenges in how to orderly and efficient convert electronic management system for the traditional process of manual handling of complex office processes.This thesis focuses on how to solve the problem of automated office work in specific business logic and how to improve the efficiency of complex office processes.By combining and researching the overall fra-mework of Android system and Widget components in Android system.As the basis,we use customize the configuration file as a guide on the mobile terminal to resolve in order to achieve a complex process of uncoupling and distribution.Through the research on the network programming,data transmission and multi-threading programming in Android,as well as the performance analysis and the code specification,this paper designed and implemented a business solution including the core functions of document approval,leader's schedule,document delivery and notepad Engine,and introduced a third party Foxit SDK combined with the hardware electromagnetic pen to solve the issue of document approval processing.This article will include several aspects,the introduction of key technologies,the main structure of Android and the principle of widget;analysis of needs,the specific analysis of the actual needs and specific business processes and engineering difficulties to be solved;the overall program design,based on the existing hardware platform and system,the overall framework of the specific components of the uncoupling engine;platform specific implementation and system testing,and summary and outlook.
