Design And Implementation Of Mobile Office Automation Based On Android

With the rapid development of mobile internet,smart phones,tablet and other mobile devices is playing more and more important role in daily life. Enterprises, government agencies value on the great changes by the mobile internet, and gradually change the office mode from the traditional to more efficient informationization way. Mobile Office came into being, it gave people a true sense of autonomous office, not subject to the constraints of time, place and transaction, and fundamentally solve the problem of work efficiency and cost.This thesis designs and implements a Mobile Office Automation based on Android system. First, the article discuss about the related technology in Android system, and analyzes the feasibility of the technology indirectly. And then, the requirement analysis of Mobile Office Automation and a design scheme of the whole system, which include the client and the server desigen, were given. Finally, achieved a mobile office application and the related server by coding, and completed the test to ensure the reliability of the overall application.The Mobile Office Automation designed in this thesis, which function not only have the basic online office, documents reading and contact list, but also add the handwriting and video conferencing, make the mobile office is the true sense of "paperless office",and ensuren the security and authenticity of the document in circulation process.Technically, on the basis of Android and Java development technology,through the login encryption, multi threading, as well as the use of efficient network framework, so that this application can successfully achieve the relevant functions. The Mobile Office Automation also meet the needs of the daily business of enterprises, and do the adaptation for the government agencies' internal gateway.The Mobile Office Automation developed in this thesis is based on the Android tablet, which has Android 4.4 system. Now it has been deployed in the Beijing Municipal Development and Reform Commission,and has get good reviews.
