The global economy is booming and international exchanges are becoming more and more commonplace,multilingual learning is becoming more and more important.At the same time,the government is advocating"reading to improve positive energy".We should give full play to the influence of reading,combine reading and bilingual learning,and achieve a win-win situation in reading and education based on the advantages of Internet development.In this trend of development,bilingual reading service platform came into being,this is also an important part of the big product line of reading services in the "13th Five-Year Plan".In this paper,the combination of bilingual reading services and Internet technology carried out a detailed study,achieved an easy to use bilingual reading service platform.First,the thesis analyzes the demand of the current bilingual reading service platform,the functional requirements for the bookstore,management,discovery,personal center and reader section of the platform,systematic research and discussion on the non-functional requirements of the platform's security,reliability,ease of use and scalability.Identify the book reading progress for individual users,the recording function of reading track purchase situation,as well as determine the data statistics function of the reading volume,reading time,reading progress,reading speed and so on for the institutional users among students,teachers,college level leaders and school leaders.Secondly,the thesis has carried on the thorough research to the key technology used in the platform development including HTML,CSS,JavaScript,jQuery,Vue,.And discusses the process of installing and using Grunt automatic build tools.Planning data storage capacity allocation,provides account security,password security,log security,application security,data security requirements which database deployment should followed.Thirdly,through the research on the layered architecture and system structure adopted by the platform,the dissertation gives the design of the function section and the design of the business process,laying a good foundation for the platform construction and development.Finally,according to the project requirements,the thesis gives the test results of each functional section in terms of the page display effect and the business logic relationship.The paper also analyzes and studies the stability and compatibility.Through the analysis of platform requirements,technology research and architecture design,the development of various functional plates has been realized.The effect of the page display,the business logic relationship coincides with expectations.The platform has been running steadily on various mainstream browsers and is now being used in many schools.
