Narrowband Internet of Things(NB-IoT)is a new IoT technology proposed by 3GPP,which is receiving much attention due to its low cost,extremely low power consumption,broad coverage,and smooth upgrade.In 2017,the three major mobile operators announced the establishment of NB-IoT commercial network.Therefore,the major chip manufacturers are striving to develop NB-IoT based chips to occupy a vast market.As an important part of industrial development,communication measuring instruments play an important role in chip development and terminal production verification.This topic comes from a domestic communication measuring instrument company's new generation of integrated tester project.Uplink physical channel of the NB-IoT terminal includes two types,one is narrowband physical uplink shared channel(NPUSCH),and the other is narrowband physical random access channel(NPRACH).Which NPUSCH channel is responsible for the transmission of data and control information transmission,it has an extremely important role.This article through NB-IoT uplink signal physics learning,focusing on NPUSCH channel physics generation process,combined with the integrated test instrument hardware platform.This paper completes the research and implementation of the NB-IoT physical uplink shared channel measurement algorithm based on the integrated test instrument.The dissertation first describes the technical background of NB-IoT,focuses on narrowband physical uplink shared channel,and gives an overview of the hardware platform based on this paper,and analyzes the demand of manufacturers and protocols for measurement items.Secondly,the thesis focuses on the measurement of the narrowband physical uplink shared channel.Based on the previous measurement analysis,the calculation steps of the overall measurement process and related measurement items are designed.Focusing on the measurement algorithms,the modulation class measurement algorithms are studied,such as synchronization algorithm,frequency offset algorithm,IQ unbalance and so on.Also studied the frequency domain and power class measurement items,such as adjacent channel leakage ratio,occupied bandwidth.At last,the algorithm is verified by using standard signal and terminal chip.Finally,this paper summarizes the prospects for the development of the Internet of Things and the NB-IoT terminal measuring instruments.
