With the rapid development of computer technology,the level of informatization in all fields of our country has been continuously improved.The computer application system is widely used in information management.However,the enterprise information management in our country has not achieved full infonnationization.Taking the management of a space enterprise as an example,the management of equipment information still adopts the traditional paper-based management method.The traditional management method is suitable for handling simple businesses,which has the disadvantages of low management efficiency,easy data losss and low approval efficiency.With the ever-increasing complexity of business and equipment types,the demand for information management is getting stronger and stronger.In order to improve the efficiency of equipment management in aerospace enterprises and promote the development of China's aerospace enterprises,it is necessary to design a set of equipment information management system that is in line with the characteristics of aerospace enterprises.The subject takes the equipment management informationization needs of a certain aerospace institute in Beijing as the research background.First of all,I studied the equipment management of the Institute and determined the detailed information construction needs,according to the actual characteristics of the institute equipment management,based on BPM design and realize aerospace equipment information management system;Secondly,the institute belongs to civil-military integration enterprises,and it has a certain degree of confidentiality,Therefore,the information system must meet the institute's security requirements.Through the investigation of a large number of system security construction literature,and in conjunction with the State Secrecy Bureau of the secret-related system,I will improve the security of the system according to the classified identity,data encryption,identity identification,access control and security audit.In the security mechanism,data encryption,access control and security audit will be the focus of the research work,the AES optimization algorithm,multiple granularity combination of access control strategy are put forward.Space research has its special needs about equipment management,this subject aims to change the equipment management mode in the two aspects of information construction and security mechanism construction to improve the enterprise equipment management efficiency and equipment use value.At present,the aerospace equipment information management system has been deployed on the line.The system provide services to research users to help them complete the daily office work,the system in terms of stability,flexibility and security are normal and corporate feedback is good.
