With the rapid development of information technology today, the Internet of Things gradually entered our field. Along with the Internet technology to mature slowly, people began to seek more convenient life of human society. The Internet, which gave birth to the Internet of Things, has got into every aspect of our lives. The Internet of Things will have a broad application prospect in various fields. Now people began the discussion about the IoT security. The IoT faces more security problems because of the widely usage. The IoT can be divided into three tiers: the perception layer, network transport layer and application layer. They correspond hidden security threats all the time.This thesis mainly based on the layers of IoT, which studied and discussed the security problems on the perception layer and the application layer. Network security authentication problem in the perception layer, has conducted the thorough research. This thesis selects the radio frequency identification technology to study the security identification of IoT.In the application layer, information user privacy protection is a key of study. According to the medical information management platform application scenarios, use the role based access control strategy to protect user privacy.Finally, we set up the medical information management platform which combined the two security strategy, effectivly protect the security data and information.
