"Media exposure" is one of the classic research of communication research,media exposure behavior of users is to understand the "media" phenomenon,can be projected the social and cultural environment in a variety of natural and social organization,individual has the power,psychology,demand structure,the media study on exposure for cross cultural background of the group,but you can see the game between different cultures and fusion,and may eventually reach the cultural consciousness of individual cultural diversity and groups.The “media exposure”research is one of the classical studies of communication.The users' media exposure behavior research is to understand the phenomenology of “media exposure” and to project various natural and social organizational models in the social and cultural environment in which the user lives.Also the structure of power,psychology,needs and so on.It also can be seen that the gaming and integration between different cultures in which media studies are conducted on groups with intercultural backgrounds.And the individual cultural diversity and groups that may eventually achieve cultural consciousness.In this study,the five GMS students studying in the colleges and universities in Yunnan province were selected as the research subjects.The questionnaire survey and interview methods were used to measure and analyze the social and cultural contexts reflected by the foreign students media exposure behavior.The basic model of the medium of exposure among foreign students in the five GMS universities in the country,namely: the needs of the GMS foreign students to generate instrumental media exposures based on cross-cultural adaptation motivation,information motivation and social motivation,and the ceremonial media based on “ no ”motivation and entertainment motives.Exposure needs,under the influence of media accessibility and the sustainability of media expectations,selectively pay attention to and use Internet media that has a certain user size across three geographic areas,and may need to meet social support after exposure.It may not be satisfied to find anotherway,and it may also generate new exposure motives,forming a "media exposure demand chain" to strengthen the re-exposure of the same media.This study aims to provide a sample of research on media exposure from a theoretical perspective to analyze the media exposure of cross-cultural groups from the perspective of cultural homology and heterogenous perspectives;at the practical level,it effectively conducts international communication for China and enhances international influence and international students management.
