The early 1990 s,the development of the network in the world has entered its heyday,the audience not only in the use of network media to carry the huge amounts of information,also in the use of the various services offered by the platform,from the traditional media audience "to use the media information" to "use the medium of information" and "using the medium itself",the combination of an extension of the scope of this "use" satisfy the use of network health media and forms has produced many new features.As people's health awareness has grown,many people begin to use online health care websites to seek medical and health advice.The spread of health information has become increasingly important.This study based on the network behavior of audience of survey data,on the basis of the theory of use and satisfy,and to "demand research-meet-problem study" as logical thinking,to analysis the use of health information network and satisfaction.The introduction part lays the foundation for the development of the research.It explains the background of the behavior analysis of the audience of the network health information,the research status of the topic at home and abroad,research methods,as well as innovations and difficulties.The first chapter is the interpretation of concepts.It mainly describes the concept of health information,network health media,and the feature of new media,which facilitates the development of' the next study.The second chapter mainly uses the focus interview method to investigate the audience behavior of network health information,and analyzes the interview records.The third chapter mainly summarizes the experience of audience satisfaction and dissatisfaction with interview data,and analyzes the related factors.The fourth chapter proposes research suggestions based on the respondents'opinions.Suggestions for network health information providers include:(I)design planning within the website;(2)available health information types;(3)improving the credibility of network health information;(4)provision of services;Establishing the platform of authoritativc health information media;(5)remoding audience needs.Suggestions for government related units include:(1)establishing health information inspection system and medical and health network media quality assessment indicators;(2)to formulate the credibility guidelines for network health information to investigate medical institutions,physician performance and patient satisfaction;(3)establish credibility criteria;(4)the relevant departments of the government have introduced third-party anti-rumor agencies to promote the management of online health rumors.
