Research On Fuzhou Community Library Construction

Community libraries have played an important role in improving the resident's overall quality;promoting the local economic development,sientific and technological development,cultural development;promoting the local material civilization construction,spiritual civilization construction and political civilization construction.In order to take the pulse of the construction phenomenon of Fuzhou city community libraries(room) promptly,seek for the corresponding developed effective measures,ensure that Fuzhou city community libraries(room) have kept sustained and healthy development,and display their functions fully,this article used the literature material analytic method,on-the-spot investigation method,comparative analysis method,questionnaire investigation of research methods and so on.On the basis of that,this paper conducted an overall statistical survey on the personnel situation,the input of funds,the dwelling construction,the construction and use of literature resources,and ancillary services construction,the management point of view of Fuzhou community libraries(room) construction;studied the necessity, advantage and the significance of Fuzhou community libraries construction.Seondly,this paper introduced the domestic community libraries' construction pattern as well as the existing construction pattern of the Fuzhou community libraries(room),and then in accordance with its own actual situation of Fuzhou City,chose its adaptive development pattern:namely adopted the branch for the leadership,to hold jointly auxiliary,the independent type for the direction,other for the supplement construction pattern.Finally,this paper analyzed the experience which the domestic coastal developed area community library construction may supply to use for reference as well as compared with the coastal developed area community library construction, at present,the existing deficiencies of Fuzhou city community libraries(room) construction,and then proposed the corresponding construction strategy,such as constituting the development programming and service standard of community libraries,assessment grade promotion;increasing the propaganda dynamics and constructing diversified investment system;strengthening the construction of literature resources and constructing a community network of public services; people-oriented,providing a bountiful of information resources services;establising long-term effect development mechanism,creating a good reading environment.
