High-precision and integration PCB is susceptible to be interference that leads to gas discharge,especially its different type wiring and intensive components.There have been a lot of researches working on gas discharge,and many papers sum up its mechanics and sequences.However,equipment is now always arranged in the complex electromagnetic environment,which may cause the change of parameters of gas discharge.Therefore,it is necessary that we do more meaningful works in the area of the disturbed by external strong field.In this thesis,I analyzed the problem of gas discharge with external strong filed inference in theory,simulation and experimental verification,and summarized the rules.Firstly,I analyzed the theories of gas discharge's each stages,and derived the expression of spatial field.Then I used MATLAB codes to analyze and predict the affection to parameters of gas discharge,which disturbed by external strong field.The fundamental reason for gas discharge is seed electron generated by external strong field interference.Then I derived the formulas of parameters of gas discharge based on gas discharge theories.Secondly,I set up the gas discharge simulation model of each stages based on the above theories.The simulation result showed good consistency with theoretical analysis and measurement result.Then I built disturbing model which affected by external strong field,and discussed about the effect of different pulses in different air pressure.According to real environment,analyzed the effect on parameters of gas discharge which disturbed by ESD,UWB and HEMP,respectively.Finally,I designed and built experimental system,and experimented in anechoic chamber on the basis of homogeneous field modals in different air pressure.Then I detected signal and analyzed data.Results validated the simulation models.Experiment results showed that incipient discharge voltage of gas discharge was 600V lower than that model without interference,and pulse amplitude of discharge voltage decreased by 2.8V.For the streamer discharge stage,simulation showed that the main impact of parameter was pulse's rising edge and period,it was seen very clearly between UWB with HEMP,The development of electron avalanche and streamer development time of UWB was 2 times as longer as HEMP.More focused of pulse power,less time of streamer development,and vice versa.In addition,I analyzed the trend of experimental data and the uncertainty of experimental environment or equipment,verified the correctness of simulation's trend.
