Research And Realization Of ERP System For Medium And Small Enterprise Based On .NET Platform

With the coming of knowledge economy, the production and management mode of enterprises have changed greatly which are induced by the rapidly development of modern computer technology, information technology and network technology. Enterprise Resource Planning gives a reasonable choice for the enterprise timely collecting and responding the information. There are a good many Medium and Small Enterprises in China, they have their own characters, and therefore, these traits make their information process different from the process of the large-scale enterprises. This paper expatiate the research and realization of ERP system for medium and small enterprise using .NET platform.(1) This dissertation firstly introduces the concept of ERP and the development history of ERP, then according to the application of ERP system in China this paper analyses the implement of ERP in China simply, following this paper narrate the development trend of ERP.(2) Through analyzing the characters of medium and small enterprise, the difficulty of using ERP system and the solution for the problem, this paper explain the necessity and advantage of medium and small enterprise implement ERP system, then get a conclusion that medium and small enterprises' ERP system should be developed based on their own characters.(3) .NET platform is a software-developing framework with released by Microsoft in Jun 2000. .NET is a new framework, which includes much computation developed by Microsoft in the late of 90s last century. The main control of .NET platform is its framework. The framework includes two main components: common language runtime (CLR) and .NET framework class library. CLR is a software engine used to load applications, confirm them to run without any errors, verify the security license, execute them and clear them when work is finished. .NET framework class library is a reusable type set that tight integrated with CLR.(4) Through analyzing the different development mode in network, considering the traits of medium and small enterprises, we decide to choose Browser/Server mode to develop ERP system for medium and small enterpriseson Windows 2000, using Visual Studio .NET IDE.(5) Using Hunan Yueyang Dongting Food Factory YW-ERP system as an example to show how to set up a medium and small enterprise ERP system based on B/S mode, it includes customer requirement analysis, system design, system detail design and system realization.(6) At last, this paper summarizes a medium and small enterprises how to implement ERP system based on the expanding of ERP management thinking and the information technology and discusses that there are some defects should be improved in this paper.
