Design And Realizati On Of Fixed Assets Management System For Secondary Vocational Schools Based On The WEB

The fixed assets of schools are accumulated in the process of long-term development,which can reflect the strength of it.As the country attaches great importance to professional education,the central and local governments have increased their investment in education in vocational schools.The conditions of vocational education and the educational environment have been improved.More and more kinds of fixed assets are needed to buy,such as teaching instruments,experimental equipment and office equipment and so on.Facing an increasingly large fixed asset group and increasingly complex fixed asset management activities,many vocational schools have adopted digital,informative and intelligent fixed asset management system.This kind of traditional management software solves the problem of accounting by hand signed largely.However,in the process of loan and return of assets,it is also used as an entry and exit voucher.When the asset information was changed,the manager has to update the system data and the manual ledger.The way is not only slow,but also make mistakes easily.It is difficult to meet the needs of management.And it is not compatible with advanced paperless management.In order to realize the normalized,scientific and informational zed management of the fixed asset management in vocational schools,improve its efficiency and reduce the loss of assets.This paper analyzes and designs the current situation of fixed asset management in vocational schools.Combining traditional asset management with network application and the fingerprint identification technology is applied to the fixed asset management system in the vocational school.I believe that we can design and develop a practical,simple,and user-friendly fixed asset management system for vocational schools.
