| Management of fixed assets of each company unit is a very important work.Because Chongqing Yubei vocational education center fixed asset type and quantity,How to manage the school’s fixed assets scientifically and improve its use effectively，make its value, prevent the loss of assets are the practical problems which t Yubeivocational education center needs to solve urgently during the fixed assets management.The system uses Windows2003Server as the system platform, asp.Net as adevelopment tool for system design. The database system adopts SQL Server2008database system, system framework based on Internet, uses the B/S structure, realize thedesign of fixed assets management system each module of Yubei occupation educationcenter. In this paper, based on the Yubei occupation education center of fixed assetsmanagement process research, according to the complexity of the school of business,design a suitable fixed assets management system for Yubei occupation educationcenter.The specific contents are as follows:(1)From the actual fixed assets management of Yubei occupation educationcenter,the significance and background of the fixed assets management systemdevelopment are describe;(2)Analysis and describes the research status of domestic and foreign enterprisesand schools in terms of fixed assets management, and the need to solve the problem interms of fixed assets management;(3)Research on how to use ASP.NET technology to realize the fixed assetsmanagement system, discusses the system, card management, asset management,project contract purchase management, asset inventory management, asset allocationmanagement, maintenance and management of assets and asset retirement assetsmanagement, inventory management and other major functional modules function andprocess;(4) Designes the database schema and the physical topology of the fixed assetsmanagement system, and analyzes the used-class of the main function modules. |
