In our daily life,the traditional paper voucher exists in our daily life as written proof with legal effect,such as paper invoice certificate,asset transaction certificate,transaction certificate and so on.In recent years,with the rapid development of economy,the Internet is changing our daily life,the traditional paper voucher will be replaced by a convenient,fast,safe and mature electronic certificate.At the same time,electronic credentials will become a key factor in the reliability and security of electronic services.As a product of the Internet era,electronic certificates have put forward higher requirements for credibility and usability in their use.First of all,they should meet the relevant provisions of our country's Electronic signature Law,such as the validity of original documents.The written form has the same legal effect as the handwritten signature,and it can effectively present the carrying content and provide the relevant provisions such as access to and use at any time.Secondly,it should meet the needs of the development of the domestic cryptographic algorithm application.At last,it is necessary to consider how the third-party business system can quickly and conveniently access the related applications of electronic credentials,and how to verify the electronic credentials,and so on.This subject draws lessons from the characteristics of structured description of report forms,separates the voucher template from the voucher data,and forms the original voucher by filling the voucher data and the voucher template mutually.Based on the research of the domestic cryptographic algorithm and the third-party PDF operation open source library Itext,the digital signature and signature verification of the domestic SM2 signature algorithm and the international RSA signature algorithm are implemented based on Itext.The unique access link address of electronic voucher is realized by using QR code technology to realize the function of electronic certificate off-line verification.The system certificates the third-party business system by OAuth2.0,and the RESTful style API design enables the seamless integration of business systems,while the system provides management for the full life cycle of the electronic voucher.
