Designing And Implementation Of The Electronic Contracts System Based On Electronic Signature Technology

The emergence of electronic contract, breaking the traditional concept, the effective way of the contract, the time and place and the traditional contract is very different. Electronic contract as the electronic document has a very significant advantage: electronic contract can signed at any time, any place; query and storage contract also bring great convenience.Through the detailed study of the people’s Republic of China Contract Law, the people’s Republic of China Electronic Signature Law,as well as the electronic contract to enter into a process specification and other laws and regulations, combined with the security requirements of e-commerce trading platform, analyzes the technology of PKI/CA how to protect electronic contract signing of the authenticity of the identity of the party, and by use of the electronic signature technology to ensure the electronic contract integrity, authenticity and non repudiation, electronic contract system log records and related documents and effective storage and forensics, so as to solve the electronic contract repudiation and legal disputes.In this paper, the design background and significance of the electronic contract system are thoroughly studied, and the research status at home and abroad is thoroughly studied, and the laws and regulations inthe field of information security are deeply interpreted. Then introduce and analysis the electronic contract system design and implementation to be used in the key technology, including the PKI/CA, electronic signature technology, trusted time stamp technology and face recognition technology, to provide technical and theoretical basis for the implementation of the system of electronic contract. Finally, the demand of full user research and makes the demand analysis, electronic contract system summary and detailed design scheme is put forward, mainly including the use of software architecture, system function design,database design, interface, detailed design and Realization of.On the basis of the overall design of the system, the platform based on perfect ITRUS CA certificate system, trusted time stamp service information security infrastructure completed a set of effective electronic contract system is implemented and tested. At present, the platform has entered the trial operation stage, enterprises and individual users can login the platform to sign the electronic contract, and achieved good results.
