Design And Application Of The Financial Management System Of An Agronomic Company

This paper focuses on the financial management system of an agronomic company,researching its design and application,in an attempt to found a account settling center,which would change the old financial management conditions and maximize the profits of the company.The construction of the new financial management system could change the management concept of the company and fully realize the system's function.This paper starts with the analyses of the following aspects: the demand of the financial management system,the designing contexts of the system,the foundation of the system,the applications of the model,the core functions of the system.Based on the model of account setting,this paper is able to build a frame and an operation platform for the overall management of the company.According to the current conditions of the agronomic company,this paper succeeds in constructing a account setting center,revising the old financial management system and account setting system,and analyzing the core functions of the account setting center.The new financial management system realizes some basic functions such as setting a new account,deleting an account,transfer of funds,calculation of interest and checking of the electric account.In the managerial decision aspects,the new system realize the functions such as real-time query and transfer,data analysis,and funds operating mechanism's analysis.These analyses,combining with the company's budget and policies,will help to monitor the expenditure of the capital.The design of the agronomic company's new financial management system will be divided into three stages,and this paper mainly concentrates on the first stage and lays the foundation for the following stages.What is more significant,the paper also provides technological support for other company's building of the management system.
