The Design And Implementation Of Capital Account And The Budget Management System For Shandong Province Tobacco Company

Recent years China’s tobacco industry especially the tobacco industry in Shandong has developed rapidly, but the way of manually recording with paper has been unable to meet the increasing business volume, and it requires lots of manpower to participate and can’t guarantee the security of data. Besides the traditional way has low efficiency in data retrieval and has heavy workload and the operation is very complex. In order to adopt to the company’s development and the growing business volume, it is necessary to design and implement a capital account and budget management system for Shandong tobacco company to manage all the operation process.After the research and analysis for the technology used by similar systems and the advanced computer technology, we determined the relevant technology for this system. This system uses B/S architecture and designs the system to run on the J2EE platform through B/S. Besides, the system adopts MVC model, the object-oriented language java and struts, hibernate, spring framework to code. Then the data field and the table construct are designed through SQL SERVER 2012.The system’s function has been divided into four parts, which are account management, budget management, statistical analysis and system management. The account management includes account application, change account information, account status management. The budget management includes budget setting, budget register, budget adjustment, budget monitor, delete budget, project budget register, project budget approval and year project management. The statistic analysis function includes account statistic and budget statistic. The system management mainly includes account setting, person management, role management, job assignment, unit management and permission management.The design and implementation of this system would improve the motivation of staff and the work efficiency, and ensure the safety of capital account and budget. What’s more it provide convenience for account application, approval, starting and the budget register and adjustment. This system reduces the retrieval time of information and lay a solid foundation for the information management for Shandong tobacco company.
