The Analysis And Design Of The Centralized Finance Management System For Enterprise Group

In recent years, lots of big Enterprise Group appears with actions of Assets Reorganization, Industry Cooperation and Corporate Mergers. And in the meantime Enterprise Group stills the main body of economy and technology in China. So how to develop and manage Enterprise Group, how to make group standardized in finance, that is not only a problem for group manager and government, but also a requirement for Modern Business System. While, researching of new generation Finance Management System (FMS) which based on suitable for Enterprise Group and modern management mode is very important, it has a wide market prospect. The FMS can solve problems which exist in rapidly development, such as cannot execute the strategy and cannot control management, etc. Through using this system, the group can save resourcing and reduce business risk and make supervise system more efficiency, so the management level can be raised.This article based on two analyses, one is the existed management mode of enterprise in homeland and abroad, another is the development of info system abroad. And it described the main problem that needs to solve objectively; described the whole status of system; described the demand analysis and structure designation detailed; still described the detail designation of example model and implement. During this process, based on analyses of requirement I designed the frame of system for Enterprise Group, and finished the details designation. In final it will be used in Enterprise Group of China.After finish this article, on one hand through the Centralize Management Mode can help Enterprise Group to establish management structure and supervision system which can eliminate information screen. On the other hand, this article can help the Enterprise Group to develop the more advanced FMS, and the enterprise can get the great value with implement of FMS.
