The Development And Implementation Of Post Office Centralized Payroll System

With the rapid development of computer technology and the increasing popularity of network,more and more enterprises begin to implement the information strategy,and establish the human resource management system.In order to strengthen enterprise human resource management,to realize the management level flattening,personnel management standardization and salary payment centralization,we have developed the postal salary centralized payment system according to the characteristics of postal savings.First,we investigated the status of the post salary payment.After carefully analyzing,we found the requirement on the human resource management system including the function of employees basic information management,personnel changes management,salary management,salary enquiries.Then,we use SSH+Java+Oracle to develop the system,while the front end adopts J2EE as the implementation framework.The system runs on the Linux server and implements the data processing combined with the SSH architecture.In addition,the user realizes the interaction with the system through WEB Browser,and the system interacts with the database through WEB Server.In general,the system,with terse and friendly human-machine interface,has accomplished several functions,such as user logout,customer information queries,additions and deletions of personnel information,personnel information auditing,compensation auditing,compensation uploading,and salary unified disbursement etc.and can achieve the targets of personnel united management and salary unified disbursement.The postal centralized payment system we designed has been applied.It has greatly facilitated the local personnel management and shortened the cycle of payment statistics.Finally,this paper summarizes the use of the system,as well as the subsequent improvement of the system.
