Analysis And Design Of China Post Professional Skill Appraisal Managing System

CPPSAMS(China Post Professional Skill Appraisal Managing System) is for payment and labor cost accounting. It has five subsystems. They are human resources information management, centralized payment, labor cost accounting, statement analysis, and system maintenance. It is a system of integration of group, province, municipality and county company with information sharing function.This article analyzes the current situation of domestic payment management system. Based on special requirements of China Post, i.e. different post, different recruit, the system includes five subsystems. In each subsystem, there are detailed demand analysis, assessing analysis results and confirming solution, construction goal and principle.This article explains the detailed design of the most important part of the system-provincial company's HR information maintenance module, units (municipality, county) HR information maintenance, centralized payment, labor cost centralized accounting, historical data acquisition, active HR and payment information import, accumulation fund payment insurance data import etc. It elaborates their function design, system workflow design, interface and view design, and test case design etc. It confirms basic framework of system module, provides main Logical Data Model of the five subsystems and technical design details of each module. In the end, the article presents key interface screenshots.The system designed in this article has been developed and widely applied in the payoff in China Post, and the article has summarized the application of the system. The application of the system has provided a more convenient, favorable, and efficient platform for labor cost accounting, thus improving financial accounting efficiency and promoting the sustainable development of the enterprise.
