Research And Implementation Of The Bank Centralized Payment System

Under the condition of market economy,the National Traditional Treasury Dispersed Management System shows many kinds of shortcomings, because of the complexity of reporting and transfering, as well as low utilization of funds. The National Treasury Centralized Payment System(NTCPS) has great advantages in the current market economy condition.At present,its implementation has been involved in small and medium-size commercial banks. In order to develop the centralized payment business of a bank, we take the requirement analysis and discussion to develope the system with business and technical staff.From the research background of national treasury centralized payment system and research status, the paper,by analyzing the NTCPS and location the whole system’s function and much requirement analysis,design six modules and database.Under the encapsulation of core banking system platform,the paper using Netterm development tools and bank fast platform structure, take the secondary development in the foreground,middle and background of the core system. Through a component called,the paper achieve two major bussiness functions which is direct payment and authorization payment, and realize the business reconciliation and basic information management functions.Finally we test the system in a bank,and obtain the good results.
