Design And Implementation Of Comprehensive Management Platform For The Lottery Center

With the rapid development of computer and network technology,information management systems have been applied in most industries.However,because the lottery industry has a short history in China,application progress of information management in the lottery industry is relatively slow.In recent years,lottery sales business has developed rapidly at the autonomous region.Monthly sales volume of the welfare lottery rises from tens of millions RMB yuan to hundreds of millions RMB yuan.Lottery betting stations have been developed to more than 4000,located at most cities and counties in the autonomous region.Meanwhile,the number of lottery sales employees increase continuously.The new situation leads to higher demand for lottery sales management system,such as high efficiency and standardization of lottery sales.On the other hand,traditional management mode relying on manual operation,cannot satisfy the needs of rapid business development.To improve the operation management efficiency,it is necessary to develop an information management system for welfare lottery management department to solve the existing management problems.Before the system development,the author investigates the relevant departments of the autonomous region welfare lottery center and consult staff of the Union City Lottery Centers,including a lottery station administrator.These investigations aim to make clear of functional and non-functional requirements of the information management system.The system has a B/S architecture and is designed and implemented based on asp.net platform and C#language.It has eight main function modules,including personal affairs,information sharing,process management,consumables management,warehouse management,sales station management,daily reports and system management.Thus,it covers daily works of the lottery sales business.When the system is operating on-line,most of the information management works can be realized without paper work.Eventually,a comprehensive test is carried out for each module of the system.All of system functions had successfully passed the test.Specifically,to guarantee data security,system clients are managed by using the Windows domain management scheme.Currently the information management system has already begun to be applied on line.
