The current social development has been inseparable from computers and networks,and various industries are very concerned about the information construction of the industry.With the introduction of the national education information policy,the major vocational schools have responded positively to this policy,and they have begun to build information technology in their schools.For the previous campus office,the management system was scattered,chaotic,and mixed,which not only increased the cost of schools,but also made the staff's work more inefficient,and couldn't keep up with the current development of information network.It is very important to improve the staff's office environment and work efficiency.Establishing a safe reliable office automation management system is not only the need for the development of education,but also for the improvement of the office environment and the scientific management level of the school.Taking Lianyungang Bioengineering Secondary Vocational School for an example,the researcher investigates and analyzes the existing office processes of the school,and designs and implements an office management system based on the current popular cloud storage technology.In the paper,the researcher first expounds the research status of cloud storage technology and office automation management system at home and abroad.Next,he introduces the key technologies needed for development system.Then,he researches and compares the cloud storage services launched by major computer technology companies.Afterwards,he selects Microsoft Azure as the platform for the cloud storage in this system,which is the technical support for designing and implementing the system.Then diagrams and descriptions are used to analyze the requirements of the system and four functions of the system are shown,including document management,personal space,query and statistics,and system management.The personal space module contains five sub-modules:personal information,mail sending and receiving,address book,document management,personal password modification etc.The modules of document management and mail sending and receiving are the keys to the system implementation.Finally,by testing the functions and performance of the system,it is concluded that the office automation management system designed and implemented in this paper can provide users with a safe stable application environment.The advantage of the paper is to use two ways---Blob and Queue to store data.The former Blob stores compressed file,PDF,Word and other binary format data;the latter Queue stores the mail that needs to be sent,and the mail is stored in XML format.The two data storage methods provide convenience for the system to develop and store unstructured data.The two storage methods in the paper are widely used in scenes and documents directly accessed by browsers,video storage,streaming media and other scenarios.
