As China’s economy has entered a period of new normal,for the banking industry the traditional profit model which purely relied on asset expansion has been difficult to sustain.Optimizing internal management method is essential to enhance the operating efficiency as well as increase profitability.The development of information technology provides a new opportunity for optimizing the management of banking.How to make the use of management accounting methods,combined information system,established a unified profit measurement methods,made the targeted profit and loss analysis has become the banking industry future research directions which can provide support to make the detailed analysis of product profitability,adjust product pricing and lock sales target.According to the postal savings bank management base is relatively weak,relative to a single means of financial management problems,make full use of the available data and resources,using Java as a tool of system development,client/server as the basic developing mode,using Oracle Database as the underlying database,design and implementation of a can for bank outlets,products,a line of analysis of profit and loss calculation of profit and loss analysis system.In accounting and analysis of each unit,each line,each product profit and loss results in the system,to reflect and evaluate the profitability of products,outlets,the line to achieve the reasonable pricing of products,authentic assessment of branch and line,effectively improve the assessment of scientific,realizes to the high benefit management.In this thesis,the system development and design used key technologies were introduced,then carries on the demand analysis,describes the system function demand,followed by the structured system development methodology,overall design of the system function,divides the system function module,and a detailed description of the main functions of each module.finally achieve the function of each module,and the whole test system with current methods of software testing.The system is mainly achieved information entry,reimbursement management,revenue management,report generation functions.Advanced design concepts and development of technology to improve system stability,reliability and maintainability,and well positioned to meet the Postal Savings bank of China’s financial information management needs,improve the efficiency of financial management.
