Under the background of energetically developing “targeted agriculture”,scientific vegetable planting decision-making is especially important in today’s agricultural production. This paper takes the profit & loss budget on vegetable planting as a starting point to study and design the profit & loss budget service system for vegetable planting, so as to realize the information management of the profit &loss budget on vegetable growing.First of all, based on the collected large amount of related literature at home and abroad in terms of profit & loss budget on vegetable planting, this paper analyzes the industry background of vegetable planting decision-making system, and also makes comprehensive analysis about the present application status of the vegetable planting decision-making system at home and abroad, thus explicating the design direction and value of such a system. Meanwhile, detailed introduction to relevant development theory and key technologies involved in the construction of profit & loss budget service system for vegetable planting is listed. In terms of the system’s demand analysis phase, the demand analysis is carried out on the profit & loss budget service system for vegetable planting mainly from such aspects as the role, function and safety. Secondly, on the basis of understanding the user requirements, design each function module of the system, and explicit specific functions to be implemented.Such system selects MyEclipse as the development tool, and adopts MVC architecture,SSH layered architecture(Struts + Spring + Hibernate), and the combination of the profit & loss balance analysis decision-making method and the data analysis of vegetable planting cost, and chooses the combination of J2 EE, MY SQL database technology and Log4 j technology to accomplish the system platform development.Finally, based on the foregoing, the development and design of the profit & loss budget service system for vegetable planting is carried out.The system designed in this paper can well meet farmers’ demand for profit &loss budget decisions of vegetable planting, with concise system interface, easyoperation, and mature system architecture, thus having a certain practical significance.
